Plant Wisdom & Voice Activation

Plant Wisdom & Voice Awakening is a 4 week online course where we will be opening the relationship and connection with rosemary, to work with it as a healing herb and a plant ally, attuning to the subtleties of the wisdom of the herb kingdom (queendom 😉)

We combine this with voice work - giving practical technical exercises, and working with the emotional imprints behind our voice, with the aim of unblocking our authentic expression and creativity. We work holistically on the voice and the expression with the support of Rosemary as a plant ally

Each session is 90 minutes and we will meet once a week through Zoom every Thursday starting the 26th of February at

Jennifer Rosa is a singer-songwriter and vocal guide from England. Rooted in sacred song, she supports others in reconnecting with their voice as a path to self-discovery, healing, and authentic expression. She receives inspiration from ancient traditions and indigenous teachings. Jennifer’s work weaves melody, prayer, and presence, inviting those who work with her to allow their voice to be the catalyst for change in their lives.

Mariri is a trauma-informed plant medicine and kambo facilitator, sound healer, and herbalist. She is passionate about guiding individuals in connecting to their voices as a powerful tool for healing, and enhancing plant communication through improvisational, intentional, and somatic sounding. Her ultimate goal is to help individuals tap into their empowered selves and find their authentic voices, through song as prayer and herbalism as the compass.
